Selecting the "Current Hour" as a rename option uses the current hour in either a 12 or 25 hour format the renamed file name.  This can be combined with Auto-Rename: Minute, Auto-Rename: Second and/or Auto-Rename: Millisecond to create a custom time format in the renamed file name.
