To print from Microsoft Publisher, first open the .pub document you wish to convert in Microsoft Publisher.

 

Select 'Print' from the 'File' menu and choose the printer named Win2PDF, and then click on the 'Print' button.

 

You will then be presented with the Win2PDF file save window, and you can save the .pub Microsoft Publisher document as a PDF file.
